MIS applications Developer for local governments in Turkey I worked for 7 years in Universal Software Incorporated Company as software support manager and software developer. During this period, my duties include making training plans for end users and providing instant technical support, developing or revising new modules (on PowerBuilder) on the existing MIS structure in line with the needs of public institutions, performing data transfers from databases of different structures, managing transition projects between different MIS applications of institutions, creating database functions (PL/SQL) and web services providing communication protocols with different institutions (banks, other public institutions etc.) and developing senior management reporting tools it is among my main duties.

I first stepped into the software world with my high school education in 2000. As a result of my special interest, i developed some applications with visual Basic 6.0 in 2001-2003. Since 2009, both in the private sector and in public institutions with PowerBuilder, Toad, MySQL and PL/SQL i am active in software development. Since 2015, i have been working in a public institution as the software development officer of the information Management System application with 725 users built on Oracle Database. Although i am actively working as a Powerbuilder due to my job for software development, i have an intermediate level of knowledge of C, C#, C++, java, Java Script, Visual Basic, HTML, CSS , PHP and .NET environments and if needed, i can develop software in these environments. I can quickly adapt to different software languages and different frameworks when needed.
