 600 suppliers trained with specific tools & workshops for General Motors export business (Lean, 6 Sigma, Continuous Improvement, 5S, KVP, APQP, corrective & preventive action)
 350 suppliers implemented with contract for new export business (15% of the total APV)
 financial budget responsibility for the Supplier Quality & Development department with 100 engineers (10% trained to Black Belt)
