• Urea injection multi-phase SCR simulation to assess ammonia uniformity on the catalyst and risk deposit analysis.
• Design optimization (DOE) of various components with plenty design parameters using Starccm+ Optimizer tool to achieve desired target.
• Optimizing the burner design for Euro 7 standards to access the flow mixing and to attain desired temperature upstream the catalyst for effective operation at cold start conditions.
• Interfacing with the customer team in procuring the new projects, gathering the inputs and guiding the offshore team to deliver the activities on time.
• Personal management of offshore team along with organizing technical an operational training to maintain the skill level and competencies of engineers.

-Engine cooling jacket flow analysis to evaluate the pressure and velocity fields.
-Coolant pump performance analysis to determine the efficiency and pressure rise at various flow conditions.
-Optimization of the gasket design in the cooling system for desired target and uniform cooling.
-Oil slosh analysis using multi-phase at different accelerating conditions to optimize the oil pan design.
