Tasks: Structuring existing information, Set up a semi agile project plan, defining pre criteria, preparing and leading interviews with 25 countries, Analyze answers, derivation of proposals, describing organizational and technical challenges, prepare Business Requirement and Result Documents. Communicate and documentation of Results. Engage and guide Stakeholders and lead Change Management Topics.

Result: Design and Communication of a Business Requirement Document with proposals, challenges and risks for regional global payroll interfaces.
