Head of Data Science

As the Head of Data Science in Adjust, I built and led a team of 8 data engineers and data analysts. I was responsible for bridging the gap between the Data Science team and the stakeholders, prioritizing the projects & managing the team. Here are the most notable projects I’ve been working:

* Data stories for the Content Marketing team. Analysis of massive datasets in order to discover and publish the realities & trends of the mobile market. Our stories got featured in the Financial Times, Venture Beat, TechCrunch, etc.
* Introducing a new data architecture - introducing Kafka & Clickhouse to the Data Science inventory to speed up the analysis jobs and make real-time analytics possible.
* Anomaly Detection - automated some parts of the Customer Support teams, our algorithms were predicting if there is smth wrong going on in the clients’ integration of Adjust and allowed them to react proactively.
* Introduced Product Analytics in the company: Build-Measure-Learn approach
