I have more than ten years of experience in optimising business processes. In this period, I have helped businesses streamline their processes, resulting in reduction of time and money and increased flexibility. My customer portfolio consists of companies such as Heineken Global, UMC Radboud (Hospital), Ball Packaging, Aalberts Semiconductor and BKR (credit registration company).
I am very experienced on a strategic, Global level as well as on an Operational, pragmatic level. On Global level this is for example an Digital or Operational Excellence Roadmap. On an operational level I will facilitate the team with improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and TPM (Total Production Management). I will support the team with dashboards to simplify operational decisions and maximise customer value to reduce the lead time.
I am able to combine IT (Information technology), OT (Operational technology) and Operational Processes. I have wide experience in setting up different Dashboards, to monitor the current process. I have Experience in Digital Transformation like implementing Smart Industry 4.0, which includes monitoring, modelling and predicting with Machine Learning. I can bridge the gap between IT and Operational Processes, combining process optimisation with Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM related with the Voice of Customer (VoC).
As an organisational advisor I can improve the team by giving training sessions and have them “On-the-job training”, to encourage the team to improve their processes themselves and support self-management teams.
