In this role, I managed the SAP S/4 HANA transformation project focusing on the retail sector. I joined the team during the Realize phase and played a key role in several critical processes, including:
Overseeing data migration activities to ensure seamless integration. Preparing for system operations through thorough testing protocols. Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate system functionality. Facilitating the cutover process and evaluating the system's readiness for production. Implementing comprehensive checklists to ensure all steps were meticulously followed. Leading the initial week of the hypercare phase, providing support and resolving any issues post-launch. This project enhanced my expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and strengthened my capabilities in project management within a dynamic and challenging retail environment.
