Über mich

I have been working as a permanent employee at XING since 2016. Since 2018, I have been working in Business Development as part of a new strategic initiative XING Local. I have been involved in the development of Local from the very beginning, managed a wide range of projects and worked as interface to various teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, UI/UX, Research). As part of Local, new products were launched. I was involved in all phases of product development but especially responsible for the launch and growth phase of these products. My tasks included the definition of the internal and external positioning and communication, the planning, conception and implementation of campaigns as well as the optimization of the launched products with regard to their performance and usability based on in-depth analyses.
Another area of responsibility is the development of strategic partnerships, which includes initiation, negotiation as well as support. Particularly noteworthy is the independent management of a large-scale sponsorship project to establish the Local initiative in 17 cities. I developed the concept for online and offline activation and designed and implemented extensive branding, onsite and online measures together with agencies.

Before I started to work for Local I worked as Manager Business Development at XING Marketing Solutions. Based on continuous market and competition analyses, live tests and user feedback, I created and evaluated new business models, actively participated in the further development of existing products and supported the management in strategic projects. In addition, I was responsible for the new product Sponsored Video. For this I took over the project management and the product management from the idea to the market maturity. This included the potential analysis, concept and strategy development, feature definition and technical implementation. After the product launch, I also took over the campaign management and performance optimization and was able to improve my social media skills.

Before joining XING, I worked at Luxussachen.com (an on- and offline provider of vintage luxury items) while studying for my Master's degree (Management & Entrepreneurship). During this time I gained practical experience in the areas of e-commerce and digital marketing. My activities here included in particular the support of the social media channels and the blog as well as the conception, planning and implementation of various communication measures and marketing activities. I also took care of the online store and created a concept for the upcoming online shop relaunch.

Before my studies, I was a trainee at Hubert Burda Media and got first insights into product marketing, digital product management as well as advertising and online marketing.
