Between 2008 and 2016, I managed international business development and corporate-strategy projects, in various games companies. While undergoing the Agile Transformation, and establishing Portfolio Management, I came across OKR and started my first OKR implementation with Scrum Teams.

From 2016 to 2021, I was responsible for the Agile Transformation of an e-commerce company and re-designed the organisation by shifting from project to product driven teams. As part of the Agile Transformation I implemented OKR and coached C-Level, Directors, Product Managers, and teams to develop and execute their vision and strategy of company-wide strategic initiatives.

Since 2016 I’ve implemented, scaled, fixed OKR many times, both as internal employee and external consultant, in B2B, B2C, B2B2C organisations of all sizes from different industries such as MedTech, FinTech, InsureTech, Pharma, Consumer Electronics, E-Commerce and Retail.

I share my long standing and practice proven OKR expertise beyond theory as public-speaker, author, and founder of OKR Lean Coffee and Reshaping the Future of OKRs.
