Project planning
- Lead the planning in a technical sub-team, monitor the planning during the whole project process.
Scheme design
- Scheme production and optimization. Participate in formulating the overall project strategies, lead the planning work throughout the project, and resolve technical issues for major products.
Bidding response
- Analyze bidding document requirements. Work out the preliminary responding strategy, organize a technical team to complete the responding task.
Scheme clarification
- Analyze questions raised by the customers (Turk Telekom, Turkcell ), organize activities and prepare materials for clarification accordingly. Analyze the customer, advantages and disadvantages of ZTE and the competitors, capable of planning for clarifications effectively. Answer questions clearly.
Pre-sales and after-sales transfer
- Lead the technical team to attend the engineering commencement meeting. Assist the delivery team to complete the transfer of technical solutions for a project. Assist in tracking remaining issues and solutions for major customer demands.
Presentation and communication
- Make presentations to customers (Turk Telekom , Turkcell , Vodafone…etc). The presentation includes an overall introduction, clarifications, product features, and technical topics. Establish contact with carriers' technicians to obtain customer demands, present red and black materials, present solutions and propositions for issues that the customer concerns, and point out competitors' flaws. Emphasize advantages and highlights to obtain the customer's network map.
Demand and Promise Management
- Flexibly using different methods to carry out daily demands acquisition activities. The source of demands is reliable and complete.
- Leading relevant personnel to implement effective market researches and design reasonable questionnaires.
- Create channels for demands from major customers.
- Obtaining real customer demands, and tracking and returning feedback using the demands and commitment management system.
Account Management (Turkcell , Turk Telekom)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

- Exploring new technologies like G.Fast , Enterprise Mobile VPN , LTE-DSL bonding , WTTH (Wireless to the home) , LTE backup , GPON, NG-GPON , XG-PON, DOCSIS , Active Ethernet , IPTV , VoIP ,Wi-Fi etc.
- Preparing evaluation documentation of new technologies and presenting it to high level management team.
- Deciding and planning of new technologies after evaluating period.
Device Management
- Leading and managing of CPE team
- Planning, designing, deploying and managing of Enterprise, SME and residential terminal devices in Turkcell Infrastructure.
- Working on strategies and regulations of terminal devices used in Turkcell services
- Managing (zero-touch, configuration update, firmware upgrade...etc) all CPE devices (More than 3M devices) at the customer side.
- Planning , designing , deploying and managing of TR-069 management system

- Testing /improvement all CPE devices to be used in Turkcell FTTX ( including Cisco,Huawei switches and Huawei , Cisco , Alcatel GPON infrastructures ) , xDSL (including Huawei , ZTE , Alcatel , NEC DSLAMs) and DOCSISI Infrastructures.
- Preparing test and acceptance documentations of all terminal devices.
Product Management
- Improving existing products based on analysis , market conditions and company strategies
- Recommending new opportunities based on analysis , industry trends and customer inputs
- Developing and documenting requirements and use cases for new product features.
- Balancing internal&external demand with available resources by prioritizing requirements , scoping features , setting expectations
- Evaluating potential products to determine priorities based on ROI
