In this project I am the responsible PO for two DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Squads on AWS and Azure.
The product is a corporate cloud landing zone in a Hub-Spoke architecture, for the Allianz business units to move their business safely and scalable to the cloud.
The Hubs form a global mesh for private communication in AWS / Azure including on-premise connections, proxies, and private DNS.
The Spokes are the accounts, VPCs / VNETs, subnets, IAM / RBAC setup, and the integration layer for other corporate services on Azure and AWS.
Automation is achieved with Terraform, Crossplane, GitHub Actions, and native Azure / AWS services realizing a novel Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) approach.
Furthermore, we are responsible for the 24/7 operation support.

The product was a semantic metadata platform as enterprise knowledge graph
The core was to create with AI, ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), semantic embeddings, and Ontologies a semantic data layer for novel semantic recommender systems and semantic smart search algorithms.
The multi-cloud solution consisted of numerous machine learning microservices, an ETL pipeline on GCP, BigQuery as DWH, and AWS Neptune as Knowledge Graph and Azure OpenAI Services.
For the ease of usage, a content exploration app was developed with Angular and FastAPI to retrieve information from the knowledge graph through a web app
