QAD implementation management, 4 end to end project Management Implementations (Romania , Morocco, Poland, Spain)
• key concepts used by OEMs and Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers. For example: EDI, Cums, MMOG/LE, Release Management, Traceability
• QAD data Migration and Upgrades management
• Train users on QAD functionality, follow-up & monitoring
• Manage customer demand integration trough e-commerce EDI
• Measure the customer releases stability & support customer service management
• Update net demand distribution from customers, service centers to manufacturing sites & managing DRP process
• Review MPS (master production plan) accuracy according to S&OP (sales & operation plan) & ensure integration into QAD
• Monitor & report production plan accuracy & schedule attainment
• Setup Kpi measurement of OTIF (On-time in full) & improve customer service team performance
• Monitor & ensure sales integration trough e-commerce EDI, support service center & plant delivery milestones
• Support MMOG/LE (Materials Management Operations Guideline/Logistics Evaluation) preparation
• Manage supplier & parts ERP parameters (time fence, safety time, transportation lead time, manufacturing lead time & safety stock)
• Manage blanket orders integration to QAD with central purchasing
• Define & monitor MRP calculation process (Jobs & automatics batches scheduling)
• Measure BOM changes impact on the supply demand and support the supply team
• Update supplier schedules & measure the releases stability
• Ensure EDI transmission to suppliers & updating web EDI portals
• Supporting 4Flow transportation project, successful implementation
• Supporting supplier relocation & local ADCs transfers
• Setup kpi measurement of OTD (On-time delivery) & support supply team to improve supplier’s performance
• Lead & manage the bi-yearly physical inventory
• Implement raw material reception process (ASN from supplier, shipment accuracy, overshipment process)
• Manage ERP system updates (new features, bug fix, patch implementation)
• Lead & participate in ERP system workshops;
• Manage user accounts & roles, ensure the bi-yearly system audit according to SOX normative
• Ensure EDI connection with customers & suppliers
• Ensure programs (daily calling, long term forecast) integration to ERP
• Ensure ASN transmission for customers & suppliers
