Role: • Spearheading entire gamut of key accounts and business development operations including bids, proposal, tenders and budgetary requests established by EPC contractors and consultant within cost & specified parameters • Administering pre-qualifications needs of products/services, organizing product demonstration for clients, finalizing business plans and implementing sales strategies to penetrate new markets in efficient way • Nurturing excellent relationship with all stakeholders to organize overall marketing determinations in accordance with corporate goals; developing sales and marketing plans to implement strategies in region • Understanding business needs, its strategic direction and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those strategic goals; establishing corporate strategies and budgets for achievement of the targets • Formulating annual business plans/ strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation and realizing organizational goals; conceptualizing and implementing plans / objectives in sync with vision and mission • Managing mega industrial projects/services based on costing, selection, follow-up, delivery till final handover • Gathering data & addressing market segment opportunity and implementing strategies to combat competitive issues from other competitors. • Generating & submitting progress reports to General Manager.
