Providing 24x7 Remote Infrastructure Management in part of Database Management for various customers. Administrating of IBM DB2 V9.1-11.1 on LUW, Oracle DB V10.1-19c, Oracle Exadata Machine. Supporting of databases with different complexity and size located in distributed locations. Operating according to best practices of IM (ITIL) - incident, change, problem (and other) process management.
Providing the following support capabilities and functional features:
- monitoring the key indicators for DBs such as availability, status, performance and space management;
- creating, monitoring, troubleshooting and regular DB Maintenance tasks;
- incidents and problems handling;
- DB configuration and settings;
- Exadata machine, RDBMS patching/updating/upgrading;
- security audit and DB access control;
- CMDB, Knowledge Base and Operation documents handling;
- creating DB Performance reports;
- proposing the best way to optimize a DB performance;
- implementing best practice for DB performance optimization;
- designing and implementing HA solutions (Data Guard, RAC, HADR, log shipping, etc.);
- SQL and MQ replication setting and managing;
- installing and configuring Oracle OEM (Cloud Control);
- consulting and supporting Application support teams;
- implementing Customer’s policies (backup, security and other);
- working with Vendor support;
- supporting Customer’s operating teams.

Migration of the banking system from Oracle platform to the IBM DB2 platform (linux, win);
- deploying databases for Dev, Test, QA and Prod environments;
- migrating database architecture (objects and rules) from Oracle to DB2;
- reviewing and redesigning PL/SQL for migration to IBM DB2;
- supporting and consulting members of Dev-team;
