Designing clinical trials for evaluating small molecules and generating claim support data by liaising with CRO and see the response in several ethnic populations.

Setting up of research projects for Identification, screening & characterization of pharmacologically active molecules using cell based methods. Perform Pharmacokinetics (PK) and ADME (Absorption/Distribution/Metabolism/ Excretion) studies on short listed molecules. Method development for evaluation of formulations using biochemical assays. Ensure preparation of protocols, analytical plans, reports, and scientific publications.

Setting up of complex instrumentation for direct measurements on skin, Image analysis using high definition photography, light & electron microscopy techniques for evaluation of skin health.

Studied the structure of the NOMPC receptors using classic electron microscopy, localised protein complexes using immuno electron microscopy, TIRF and fluorescent microscopy. Elucidated the mechanism of receptor function.
