• Work independently and with the team in a technical leadership role, by giving directions and providing consultancy with technical expertise and deep background knowledge of the warehouse processes and the system implementation
• Be a driver and go-to person for technical questions and projects that extend or change the WMS system functionality
• Watch and understand the quality and risks of fixes and changes during the whole implementation cycle (identification, specification, coding, testing, rollout, ..), provided in-house and by 3rd parties and help mitigate risks when and where needed
• Ability to identify issues pro-actively, understand their relative priority and tackle them, involving corresponding resources where needed
• Owner of WMS System Monitoring. Maintain and develop alerts or measures needed to keep WMS stable in close cooperation with 3rd parties and in-house IT
• Act as a stand in for the team lead
