- Providing technical leadership in directing the efforts of the team in the development and production release of all relevant engineering deliverables in compliance with the product development process and customer expectations using JIRA, Confluence tools ensuring engineering targets (quality, delivery, timing, integration, performance, etc.) are met
- Leading, define, estimate, plan PI/sprints and prioritize the product backlog on corporation with Radars Scrum team using JIRA based on customer’s milestones
- Creating reports on project progress, status, risks & impediments including organizational issues and staffing difficulty
- Work with customer at program initiation to analyse customer requirements and validate them
- Development of system requirements for systems based upon and traced to the customer requirements, plus internal specifications and product architectures for software, test, mechanical, electrical, quality etc disciplines to verify that the system requirements are satisfied by the system architecture
- Actively managing dependencies with other teams (PO Sync) especially regarding deviations from the committed mid-term plan (SAFe: PI Planning).
- Identify, analyse, prioritize, manage, and make visible project risks and impediments
- Conduct preliminary and vehicle testing and compliance to review the preliminary Requirements Traceability Document (RTD)
- Develop with the support of the customer the system level DFMEA for the product.
- Coordinate with Software, Testing and Manufacturing teams to develop interface requirements including EOL and module programming requirements
- Develop and execute all levels of test case scenarios for autonomous driving
- Plan, release and testing of each software release
- Support for HIL/SIL team
- Primary interface responsibility and continuous support and report to the Product Manager & customer
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to determine the root cause and resolve system malfunctions, implement operating procedures, and provide technical information to customer
- Supervise and monitor execution, respond in case of escalation
