• Interaction with customers from receipt of the order to submission of the invoice via email correspondence, phone calls, and Skype/WebEx meetings
• Commercial/R&D order placement to site based on payment terms, Incoterms and agreed prices
• Tracking orders' status, updating orders and providing customers with information upon goods availability and in case of production delays
• Creating transport booking plans with a month horizon according to goods availability
• Preparing appropriate documentation for customs clearance when required
• Dealing with customer complaints regarding late deliveries, damage of goods and managing claims, issuing corresponding credit notes
• Inserting and maintaining customers` accounts and commercial/ R&D codes within ERP, archiving documents (orders, order confirmations, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.) according to the company requirements
• Liaising with Customer Service, R&D, Financial, Logistics, Planning, and Contract management departments
• Making weekly open order reports
