In this project an extension for SuccessFactors was designed and developed to support the HR
department in the onboarding process. The app includes the following features:

- Central view over all candidates which at a glance tells in which status the candidate is within the onboarding process
- Support of planning training activities for new employees
- Support of document creation with automated filled in data of the job application
- Communication with candidates
- Documentation of the Onboarding process
- Data stored only in SuccessFactors (Custom MDF objects in SuccessFactors)

In this project an SAP SuccessFactors integration with a third-party assessment vendor was implemented. Because of functionalities were missing at that time a custom application was developed as well to analyse the assessment results.

- Defining custom assessment result object
