During My Experience with itac Software and Case Deutschland, I have been part of 2 differant MES Systems, and I have got a lot of experience on MES.
My principle tasks were :
-Customizing the MES Interface in adequacy with the requirement specification priorly defined with the Customer.
-Working with Machine Suppliers in order to integrate iTAC MES Suite throughout the SMD Area (Laser Marking Machines, Solder Paste Printers, Solder Paste Inspection, SMT Mounting Machines, Reflow Ovens, AOI, AXI, In Situ and Functional Testers, Depaneling Machines, etc.).
- Integrating industrial Traceability Software (iTAC.MES.Suite) on customers' sites.
- Providing Test and Support for customers in technical and professional issues.
-Providing Training for the Customer
-Conceiving Technical Specification (API flows) based on the requirement specification provided by the sales engineers.
-Custom functions testing and developing (Functions gathering several APIs designed for the need of the customer).
-Monitoring the different steps of deployment of the iTAC MES Suite traceability system (preparation of specifications, analyses, fulfillment and testing, simulated functioning, real functioning and technical assistance).
