High level product roadmap and supporting architecture for the same
Maintain overview of cross team interactions and supporting the teams with overall deployment and service architectures
Hands on implementation whenever needed.
Directly involved and responsible for key technology decisions.
Introduce API first design practices in the organisation.
Prepare timelines and top level decisions for work items based on architectural decisions.
Provide technical Leadership for the product managers and CTO.
Introduce new release management process based on daily releasing using CI/CD and kubernetes. Guide the entire framework and toolset management.
Work closely with sales, product management in guiding the choice of technology and processes thereof.
Discuss and align Proof of Concept work, or business process workshops when required to accelerate closing of large opportunities.
Working on automating processes based on concept of NoOps using automation tools such as cdk8s.
