Concept design of Electric Vehicle sub-system components for E-Mobility assembly line (SPM)
 Design of component handling systems - Pick and Place units, Loading Forks, Grippers, Arm Robot End Tooling.
 Detailing of fixtures for Machining centre, Press tools and BOM creation.
 Detailing of complex parts and applying GD&T in design.
 Work with a design team in the development of new tooling and the improvement of existing tooling.
 Design and Development of sheet metal components and press tool dies for Seating frame assemblies.
 Design and Detailing of Welding and Machining jig and fixtures for Sheet metal components.
 Coordinating team activities directly with the client related to project work, proper planning and execution of projects.
 Communicating with the concept designers for technical queries, discussions and various approvals
