I am coming from an engineering perspective, recognizing the fatal problems in projects to be on a human and developmental level. Though moving into a socioeconomic area. I am an active developmental trainer and coach with certification and more than 18 years practice and supervision, experienced ntegral project manager for international organizations, writer and visionary working in Europe, Mexico and the United States and dedicate much of my time to contribute to the transformation of businesses to become custodians of society and the planet, developing ethically and environmentally responsible leaders, enabling companies to serve society and engaging in the transformation of the economy and society.

As well I am recognized ISO Auditor (IRCA) and performed LEAN, Scrum and Kaizen/Hoshin-Kanri Trainings for big organizations. I am one of the key individuals introducing the "Management of Living Organizations - olocracy", nowadays implementing sociocracy 3.0 and other New Work Models.

Integral coaching and organizational development accepts that there is no "Absolute Truth and Recognition" but many relative, associated truths which are interrelated and can be transformed to a new developmental level, accepting the different lines of development, the social environment, the emotional environment and falsifiable models.

I delivered professional services to: Hoechst, IBM, Infraserv, Lonza, Miele de Mexico, German Air Force, Nikon Precision Europe, Roche, Schering, Celanese/Ticona, UBK Unternehmensberater, ML-Consulting, Wacker, further I served as chairman of the Association "Document Management in the Process Industries" .
