I supported the client in realigning their entire ecommerce landscape with a view to its ambitious international expansion targets. I analyzed the existing system landscape in detail, designed and evaluated various alternative architectures from a technical and business strategy perspective, implemented targeted prototypes and developed decision-making tools for top management. I then took over the implementation of core components of the new architecture and trained the client's employees to use the new systems.
