AGCO-FENDT is tractors manufacturing company in Germany, UK, France in EME region. It has a different brand’s like Massey Ferguson, Valtra and Fendt. AGCO developed the salesforce to maintain the customer relationship with the customers and dealers. The company developed the sales and marketing cloud with respective of brands and countries in local languages.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding and analyzing the requirements, and mapping them to Salesforce functionality
• Involved in Salesforce.com Application Setup activities and customized the apps to match the functional needs of the organization
• Design and developed solutions based on functional, migration and integration requirements for SFDC platform.
• Worked on marketing cloud for email campaign by using the Email studio, Journey builder, Data Extension
• Worked on various Business units in marketing cloud
• Extensive knowledge on Data Extensions, RMM, Sender Authentication Package, Sender profile in Email Studio.
• Worked on different workspace in marketing cloud Social Studio
• Developed Apex Triggers in application for various Business/Functional requirements.
• Developed Batch Classes and Schedulable Classes.
• Created users, roles, public groups and implemented role hierarchies, sharing rules and record level permissions to provide shared access among different users.
• Implemented Apex Classes & Triggers and linked them to manage the workflows Implemented in the system.
• Creating/add and manage Users, Roles, Profiles and setting up Sharing rules
• Writing SOQL query language necessary for the application in Apex Classes and Triggers.
• Created various visual force pages using Controllers like Standard, Custom and Extensions
• Creating Page Layouts and assigning different layouts based on Record Type
