Task: Adapt agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum) for 14 work streams (250 team members) and scale the efforts with a team of 7 agile coaches to find a scalable operating working model to empower E/E engineering team to develop new E/E Architecture.
Solution: Continuously coached team members and agile masters, created new and transformed and adapted legacy processes, introduced new tools (jira & confluence).
Result:
▪ clear structure and transparency established within first 2 weeks
▪ first product E/E concept delivered in less than a year - faster than with legacy process
▪ team cohesion increased by 40% within a year (based on qualitative results of cohesive model implementation)
▪ 95% of all team members including top managers switched to using new tools in daily operations
