Designed and Developed Test Application for VCU Functional Test for 2 Stations. Test Sequences were written in TestStand 2014. And All Control Actions for Testing was Implemented through and In PLC. Software Implementation was done according to Brose Standard Codes & Architectures.

High Voltage Test Rig using Schleich High Voltage Tester

Project Description:
Designed and developed Application for Monitoring and Testing Electronic Circuit Unit for Optiswirl Meters. Appropriate Voltage (Above 850 V) was provided to DUT to test its connections by steps. For each step corresponding relays were switched ON to provide Voltage to respective test points. Step results were interpreted by Current & Resistance values. Results saved in Local Database. Reports were generated for records. Two Hand Operation, Foot switch and Door closed safety features were too implemented
