• Trained over 30 Product Owners, by teaching, coaching, and mentoring them towards products value maximisation
• Helped around a 100 Cross-Functional Teams to self-organise and get empowered, encouraging people to experiment, learn, retrospect, and grow both personally and professionally
• Engaged hundreds of stakeholders into the world of Agile by showcasing them where and how it can help, highlighting and selling the benefits of the mindset change as well as Agile and Lean practices adoption
• Encouraged and motivated colleagues at all levels to adopt an Agile based culture, valuing feedback and transparency, improving communication and collaboration, focusing on reliable yet flexible, outcome based processes
• Initiated and leaded Agile Communities of Practice, Meetups, as well as various technical and non-technical Chapters
• Identified and hired around 30 full-time Scrum Masters and Product Owners of various seniority levels
• Facilitated thousands of gamified agile practices trainings both remotely and in person
