Defined a two year programme of work to uplift the NIST maturity model across all geographies, in line with the Board’s risk appetite, regulatory and industry best practice

Cyber Security

Provided IT diagnostic and consultancy work worldwide for Allianz holding company, focused on strategic decision making for major application development and infrastructure projects, advising the Allianz global COO on IT security, strategic direction.
Led assessments for Allianz Australia and Allianz UK to determine and implement IT strategy in both the P&C policy administration and claims space working with and advising the local CIO’s. Worked closely with the Allianz SE main board members to define strategy for investments above 25M Euro.

Drove the local implementation of cyber security driven Data Centre outsourcing deal, covering in the entire server estate. Leading the team defining the security standards based technology and governance standards through to realisation.
Lead a review and analysis of the current Allianz France application maintenance organization, with a focus on maintenance spend reduction.
