Managed all aspects digital for MasterCard Europe, overseeing 35 market segments and local teams across 42 countries. (7 figure Budgets) Key markets included: the UK, Russia, France, Germany, Italy, Benelux, Spain, and most of Eastern Europe.
• Audited MasterCard digital in Europe and created a strategy with RG/A London to address the broad needs and diverse technical capacities of each segment, which was successfully implemented within one year.
• Managed digital marketing for the global Priceless Cities project, a platform to increase the use of MasterCard in large cities. Built a successful global platform with local agencies valued at €33M for €6M.
• Established a relationship with each market leader to stay up to date on emerging trends and resource needs and align these with a larger marketing vision.
• Created and executed training and leadership development programs for marketing staff to drive career advancement and industry competitiveness.
• Cut costs and created economies of scale throughout all global regions and digital platforms.
• Forged efficiencies in implementing campaigns and projects by creating a clear communication line between Marketing, Business, IT and Development.
