Part of Global Digital Marketing with a dotted line to Global E-commerce
Responsible for Performance Marketing budget & also manages the Global Digital Branding Budget.
Leads all global & local digital performance marketing channels - SEA, Affiliate, Paid Social Media (FB, IG, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn), Programmatic Display, Native. Heavy paid focus in US, UK, DACH, FR, IT, RU.
Recruit and source external services providers such as media agencies and tech providers
Leads strategy & execution of digital brand awareness & conversion-driven campaigns supporting E-commerce, Retail Store, Marketplace (Amazon, Zalando, About you)
Analyzes data & optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs & ensure ROI.
Analyzes webshop data & report customer lifetime value, average order, cost per new user and other KPIs
Launched SEO project for key markets (DACH, US, UK, FR) & leads all SEO operations including Strategy, Content Optimization, Localization & other technical project management.
Leads other digitization projects such as retail location data & Online to offline tests
Initiates a data-driven approach - Influenced other E-commerce & marketing process with the use of data and online insights
Recommendation of product categories & campaign topics using data from Google search trends, Google Search Console, web visitor actions
Recommendation of customers segmentation based on the average number of purchases, average order value and other KPIs
Recommendation of Creative materials & additional landing pages based on research & past data to Art Director & Content Manager
Provides competitor research of other luxury brands webshop for UI & UX Optimization purposes
Provides competitor research & analysis about other brands’ webshop price, materials & product assortment
