IT Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager & software engineer with over 20 years' international IT & telecommunications experience, working for major telecom equipment vendors and Carriers/Operators.

Worked 2 years on a 30 site PBX to VoIP migration and Managed Service outsourcing project. Responsible during this period for Service Delivery Management (VoIP & GCC), interim Head of Telephony, Managed Service RfC and contract negotiation, ITIL Incident & Problem management.

Worked for the previous 3 years on a major European NGN/VoIP project. Responsible during this period for Service Management, end-to-end technical problem & incident management, investigation and resolution.

Worked for over 20 years on large-scale IT & telecom projects in the areas of NGN/VoIP/IMS, broadband access and PSTN (TDM/POTS). Previous projects involved work with Brasil Telecom, Alcatel, Siemens, NSN, Ericsson and Vodafone.
