My attitude is hands-on and I easily switch between strategic, tactical and operational activities. I like to take on new challenges and am flexible when priorities need to change. I am an experienced manager, an expert in IT management and project management approaches and have an in-depth knowledge of financial business processes and supporting IT services and delivery.
My experience is broad and covers all aspects of Business Services, IT alignment, IT Architecture, Service Management and Development. I have often led complex organizational changes while supporting the operational legacy systems and keeping them online and have been able to find high-quality, creative and sometimes simple solutions to complex problems. Many times I have been asked to act as a crisis manager, leading a team to success in highly stressful situations. Since 2014 I have experience in setting up and improving the agile way of working.
After a successful dissertation focused on stakeholder management at executive and senior management level, in an Agile work environment, I was rewarded with an MBA Leadership, Innovation and Change, merit.
