SWIFT CSP Project:
Within the framework of the CSP, BIS, like all other banks in the market, we must comply with and apply the CSP's recommendations. A part of my role was to check and confirm this.

Infrastructure & choice of architecture:
Propose solutions for the management of PKI tree certificates.
Analysis of security points related to the CSP
Participation in the migration of VNP Boxes
POC for USB port forwarding for connecting the Remote PED via RDP.

Global Actions:
Interaction with Internal Audit as part of the PSC validation process.
Diagnosis of all data flows (inter and intra) in the Secure Zone.
Drafting of a document detailing the security of data flows (inter and intra) in the Secure Zone.
Participation in change meetings.
Reporting to my managers on the progress of topics.

SWIFT, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), KornShell

SWIFT PLATFORM:
Analysis of the existent architecture for impacts and risks studies.
Migration of Alliance Access and Alliance Gateway, SNL, VPNBox, HSM, SWIFT WebPlatform and Citrix Workstation desktop in a CSZ « Confined Secure Zone » to meet CSP Requirements.
Proposal of new Architecture in order to facilitate resiliencies and fall-over scenarios.
Supporting SwiftNet services including FIN, Browse, InterAct & FileAct.
Implementing MQ & File transfer mechanisms (GTExchange) for interfacing with back office applications from Alliance Access and Alliance Gateway
Contribution to the architecture to meet the CSP expectations like:
- Double Anti-Virus Scan, File exchanges between the local desktop and CSZ.
- Double authentication for user and admin access


AML:
Studies of impacts of the SWIFT upgrade on the SafeWatch application
Upgrade of SafeWatch components on the SAA
Deploying patch on the back end SafeWatch application

Bottomline GTExchange:
Development operating in shell scripts.

Global Actions:
Drafting of installation and configuration procedure for the test and production deployment.
Planning and tracking for each migration layer in both environments, TEST and PRODUCTION.
Coordination of different teams acting in the projects:
- AIX /Linux Systems: custom AIX 7.2 servers’ delivery with swift pre-requisites
- Windows Systems
- TWS: Migration of job scheduling
- Monitoring: Migration of the monitoring system from Patrol to ITM BlueCare
- Backup: Migration of the system backup on TSM
- Middleware: Migration of MQ traffic between BackOffice applications and SWIFT platform

Redaction of procedure for low support level.
Management of technical validation tests (Purge, Backup/Restore and Failover).

SWIFT PLATFORM:
Installation & configuration of Alliance Access and Alliance Gateway, HSM, SWIFT WebPlatform and Workstation for building a new Test environment.
Supporting SwiftNet services including FIN, Browse, InterAct & FileAct.
Implementing MQ & File transfer mechanisms (CFT and Sychrony gateway) for interfacing with back office applications from Alliance Access and Alliance Gateway.

AML:
Upgrade of Fiscosoft components on the SAA.
Deploying Patch on the back end Fircosoft application.
Update of monitoring shell scripts.

SIDE EnReporting:
Proposal of new architecture respecting safety and audit standards of the bank.
Drafting of specifications and detailed specification of the new Architecture.
Drafting needs and management for external service-related performance tests.
Optimization of an over 2TB Oracle database with sub partitioning and In-memory option.
Using RMAN and Dataguard for the database migration of SIDE V3 application.

Synchrony Gateway:
Deploying new version.
Development operating in shell scripts.
Implementation of new configuration for flows TARGET2 Security.

Global Actions:
Drafting of installation and configuration procedure for the homologation and production deployment.
Redaction of procedure for low support level.
Management of technical validation tests (Purge, Backup/Restore and Failover).
Global Tracking changes from beginning through the qualifying stages to deployment into production.
Issue analysis and report to the manager on the level of criticality then proposition of eventual solution validated by the vendor's support.
Creation, Supervision, tracking and resolution of issues with SWIFT/AXWAY/EASTNETS Support.
