• Managed Project for Testing Activities for NavOne Trust and Foundation, FATCA, Regulatory Reporting.
• Optimum utilization of team through skill mapping and effective cross utilization of resources across teams and cross border locations for cross border applications.
• Handled escalations effectively and prevented recurrence of issues, manage Clients, Stakeholders and Vendor.
• Validating data by fetching from DB by using SQL queries.
• Supports the technological advancement of the entire project Group across all divisions, including all systems that support business transformation, migration and Integration.
• Responsible for configuration management processes, data models w.r.t work flow and process flow
• Responsible for cross-functional test preparation and execution as well as end-to-end production readiness verification testing for Travelling Process and Digital Banking application.
• Elaborates test strategy, overall test approach and test plans with the different functions and external providers.
• Helps the different units to identify testing needs within functions and also in cross-functional.
• Provide support to elaborate test scenarios, test case preparation and reviews IT and Business Test Cases
• Reviews resource allocation of the different units involved and assures timely availability of test environments
• Coordinates all testing activities like IT integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the different functions and external providers
• Tracks execution of testing against plan and supports triage of defects and issues and create respective reports.
• Manages issues related to data quality, availability (resources, environments) and escalates to program management if needed and also as an when required.
• Maintain and Create Project report on JIRA and Create/review reports of ALM.
• Reports progress to program management & other stakeholders on a regular basis & provide supporting reports.
• Help and provide trainings to Cognizant internal resources for Agile/Scrum and Testing management.
