- Successful market entry selected countries and expansion of Vicampo international business from €0 to over €1.5M exceeding all top and bottom line targets within the first 12 months
- Reduction of labor cost for international expansion at Vicampo by improving data processing to ease and automate personnel-intensive process steps as well as lower the fault rate significantly
- Leading development and implementation of multi-channel concept with opening of first Vicampo branches in early 2018 to leverage ecommerce competencies and opportunities including the digital analysis of customer behavior in the offline business.
