Leading a team of 15 employees while studying part time, I created new products for the company in all areas of their business and was in charge from product creation and development until successful execution. This included market analysis, acquiring and negotiating with partners and sponsors, logistics, staff training, and event marketing.

BlueBay Group is a Spanish luxury hotel chain with 20 resorts globally. My boss became the CEO of the Carribean division. Due to his absence, in practice I took over his responsibilities as Head of HR of a report of 1’000+ employees. As such, I managed the administrative team of 50 - 100 employees.
My main responsibilities were to hire top executives, check payroll, administer forecasts and budgets, report at shareholder meetings, mediate employee conflicts, and head social media activities.
One of the main achievements was to assess and implement a free system of transportation between residential areas and the resort in order to improve employee punctuality.
