Rehabilitation of a colonial house in Mozambique on Ibo Island in the Quirimbas archipelago after cyclone Kenneth: Rehabilitate our colonial house which was half destroyed by the cyclone Kenneth in May 2019 within 4 weeks and build a new roof, new bathroom and kitchen and completely new electricity in the house: Project Lead to rebuild our own house; logistic to transport material from Maputo to Ibo Island via two 20 tons trucks including shipment; hiring and management of 25 local employees to rehabilitate the house within 4 weeks; 3D software planning of the roof construction; strengthening of the house foundation; complete new house electricity with pipes in the walls; new bathroom and kitchen design and building in cement; new veranda construction and roof; inside and outside painting with traditional lime. Reconstruction of the public playground including painting, construction of new swings, a bamboo house and a soccer wall.
