• Design and implementation of new Candidate Experience Standards
• Project Lead for the design and implementation of an employer branding strategy
• Design and implementation of a direct sourcing strategy for the recruiting organization
• Design and implementation Employer Referral Program
• Redesign and implementation of a Global Preferred Supplier List
• Global Recruiting dashboard implementation including Hiring Manager and Candidate satisfaction surveys
• New offer processes designed and globally implemented
• Implementation lead for the Workday Applicant Tracking System
• Recruiting capability training designed and executed to over 200 managers
