I am a highly motivated Lean-Agile Coach that has been involved in coaching agile teams and businesses in the latest agile and lean techniques, processes and practices. I have also gathered many years of technical and business experience having been involved in software development, project management, product management, starting a company, process improvement etc.

I specialise in training teams in lean-agile thinking, processes and tools as well as training other Scrum Masters, and Agile Facilitators.

With my International work experience in Europe and South Africa, I know the challenges of working with different cultures whilst aiming to keep change projects on time and within budget. I will bring this experience to your team and seek to help those working with me in navigating the challenges of working with different cultures.

English is my first language and I am able to converse fluently in it. I am also able to speak Intermediate level German and I have studied several other languages which I can use on International projects where necessary.
