Experience in SAP CRM Service - Installed Base Management, Service Contract and Utilities Contract, Service Order Management, Business Processes related to SAP CRM IS-Utilities like Master Data Management, Device Management, Billing and Invoicing, FI-CA

SAP CRM Middleware - Integration in SAP IS-U and CRM Environment, Integration of SAP CRM with ECC Modules, Queues handling, Error handling in SAP IS-U CRM model. Master Data (Business and Technical) Flow in SAP IS-U CRM, EDM and CRM Profile management.

SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) - Account Management, Marketing (Target Groups, Campaigns and Lead Management), Sales (Opportunities, Sales Quotation, Sales Order) Organizational Management, Product Master, Actions/Workflow, Approval Process, Mobile Integration in Offline Scenario, User Management.
Integration of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer with SAP S4 HANA.
