As Account Manager I was tasked with building long-term relationships with a number of customers primarily. The goal was to keep clients or accounts as long as possible as well as finding new business in the region. Additionally, I would be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Other main tasks involved project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing. To date, I have brought on 7 new spend accounts including a target customer that the business had been trying to get in to for 10 years.

My role with Facebook included establishing team goals and working with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress and reporting results. As a German speaker, I represented the German region and partnered with cross-functional stakeholders across partnerships, policy, legal, sales, and other operational teams to implement optimal solutions. I worked on 10 number of cases per day and I was in the top 5% of the team.
