DSM strategic direction is to make their IT Internet Centric and move infrastructure and core business applications to the Cloud. This program included the outsourcing of core infrastructure services (Workplace, Service Desk, Network, Security). My task was:
- Manage the various RFx programs
- Transition from current service providers to new service provider
- Transformation and migration to the new cloud based services

The Integration and transfer into Atos finalized 2011. Atos started to implement transformation plans on the support model and delivery organization. My task was:
Migration of all clients to Win7 (over 340.000 business users)
Define and implement Governance, structure and targets to the Global delivery organization for Service Desk and Workplace.
Implement a financial structure for global resource management (+2000 fte), value flow and cost charging model.
Define the new delivery strategy for the Service Desk and Workplace backoffice.
Setup the Atos Global Service desk locations for Siemens and transfer service to Offshore.
Structure and govern the program portfolio (Win7, HW refresh, Service Management changes, Tool changes)

Finalize IT Workplace Sourcing strategy of Philips (tools, model, requirements of business)
RFP, vendor selection, negotiations, contract writing.
Manage the Philips IT Demand in relation to HP Transition program and deliverables.
Manage the “Management of Change” program to get buy-in from the business and countries.
Manage the quality and performance of the HP transition program.
Design, implement and signoff the HP Service Desk model for Philips globally. (incl tools, processes and instructions with other suppliers)
Manage the Global roll out of the Service Desk service in all countries.

Consolidation if server and data center services.

Communication manager to inform and agree with countries and business on planning and changes.
Manage the Global roll out of the Service Desk service in all countries.
