In my corporate career at AVL List, I have excelled in business development, project and product management, managing service level agreements across international markets such as the UK, Sweden, China, France, and Germany. Furthermore I've supported subsidiaries in USA, France and Italy in strategic services initiatives, and positioning risk management and quality assurance in our customers test field operations. Furthermore I've developed a business develoment method enhancing customer proximity in a neutral non-salesy way to gain transparency and insights of customer's organization, processes, skill levels and maintenance conditions of test field equipment.
My role involved leading interdisciplinary teams to achieve contractual support levels, developing new services in-line with different risk management strategies of customers, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and contributing to a global service organization with over €200 million in recurring service sales (ARR).
