- Developed and deployed required enhancements to the Service Now Platform in accordance with highly specific business needs. Followed up with power business users aiming to verify satisfaction.
- Supported rollout and go-live of the system. Maintained production system reliability through ITSM/ITOM/ITAM process.
- Extended Service Portal functionality (Wizards, Custom charts, UI Pages, additional Plugins) by requests from power business users.
- Participated in Asset Management projects.
- Core administration: workflow design, email notifications, applications and their UI configuration, ACLs, CMS, CMDB design.
- Programmability (JavaScript): Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.
