- Scaling out and down with a built-in script when APM team needed to
perform load tests on webservers;
- Monitoring services with Nagios, Ganglia, and take action when
necessary; e.g.: clear fault-positive alarms(Clamav-DLP), cleaning up
disk space, detect vulnerability scanning with Splunk and Ganglia;
- Small webservers configuration like updating a redirect address;

Managing KPN Netherlands network:
‑ Surveillance of alarms & events & faults occurred in the radio access
network;
‑ Monitoring of key performance indicators for the radio access
network;
‑ Trouble‑shooting and fault management for the alarms & events
observed;
‑ Corrective maintenance on operated network and report the
progress/result;
‑ Running periodical scripts, needed for the preventive and repairing
activities;
‑ Create performance reports for all elements in the network;
‑ Dispatching and coordination of field engineers, in case of incidents
occurred at sites that need local support;
‑ Notification/escalation to 3PP, when it is the case;
‑ Escalation to the next support line, for cases that need advanced
trouble‑shooting;
‑ Escalation to the incident management, in case of major and critical
incidents;
‑ Tracking all the alarms & events & faults in the associated ticketing system
