Dazu gehören die Steuerung aller Aktivitäten zur Erreichung des Business Cases und des Ziel-Scopes sowie ein professionelles Stakeholder-Management. Ich lege Wert auf eine exakte Analyse der Geschäftsanforderungen und Modellierung der Geschäftsprozesse sowie Validierung und Verwaltung der Anforderungen.
