I am handling 3 portfolio:
Support Architect
1) I was responsible for managing vendor support team by advising and keeping a track of business critical issue and long pending incidents and providing expert help.
2) Co-coordinating meeting with SAP standard SPOC for critical and long pending standard support incidents
3) working on process improvement and providing work around to business users
4) Minor and major release management


1) Taking business requirement and proposing the IT solution and taking approvals for implementation from CCB
2) Own the development and assign development to vendor built team for implementation.
3) organizing testing and scheduling the release for go live

IT corporate architect
1) Core member of SAP TM 9.5 implementation representing corporate IT.
2) Reviewing functional and high level technical solution from vendor consultants for every business requirement and ensuring that design is as per standard guidelines and future updates.
3) Coordinating with SAP standard team for any open points and seek best direction from the product team.
