Scrum Master for two technical automation teams, collaborating with five other teams to migrate infrastructure such as Jenkins, Jira, Pega over to the cloud. Mentoring of other Scrum Masters and ensuring that teams are adhering to the basic scrum principles in order to facilitate the department’s move to the SAFe way of working. Responsible for developing new Projects, Workflows, and Permission schemas in Jira. Advising Project Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and Teams of the best processes to utilise within Jira for Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

• Scrum Master to 4 Technical implementation teams distributed across London, New York, South Africa, and Singapore, including Product Owners and Project Managers
• Drove change with PMs to ensure Clients provide up-front requirements
• Mentored POs to understand importance of a backlog of work, and supported backlog creation and grooming processes
• Created a change culture within the department to ensure knowledge sharing, high quality, honesty and integrity is at the forefront of each individual and team
• Facilitated all scrum ceremonies
• Supported recruitment of new POs and Scrum Masters
• Designed, built and rolled out new Azure DevOps process for the Delivery teams
• Worked with Head of QA in department wide uptake of BDD
