Senior Project Manager in IT

I was responsible for delivering of multiple medium to large sized projects at the same time
throughout the project lifecycle at multiple sites and holds overall responsibility for the
successful delivery of the Project to meet plan, budget, agreed quality and governance
standards. I was performing project planning, tracking, and oversights to ensure projects are
completed on schedule and within budget.
- Leading multinational and inter-organizational teams, including both virtual team approach
and live meetings/visits.
- Managing many different stakeholder groups (including Third party vendor) both internally
and outside organization.
- Timely and pro-active escalation on risks and issues that may come to the surface during
the project
- Periodically reporting to the different level of stakeholders.
- Managing costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables. Ensuring
schedule and budget are met. Identifying need for changes and revises within established
guidelines/policies as appropriate.
